Kenneth Mejia : The political revolution continues

I am 26 years old, born and raised in Sylmar, California, currently residing in LA Koreatown. I'm no politician — I'm just a compassionate and motivated human being trying to make the world a better place.

I am the only Green Party candidate in the race for Congressional District 34. If elected, I would be the first Green in Congress.

I stand for healthcare for all, legal status for all immigrants, and a country powered by 100% clean renewable energy.

It's time YOU had a VOICE. Join us!

L.A. County Greens Meeting - Join Us!

When: Sunday, April 23, 2017 at 02:00 PM
Where: Grand Park - Los Angeles in Los Angeles, CA

    Hello friends!

Please join Greens from all over Los Angeles County as we gather to grow our presence in the Los Angeles area as an alternative political force to the 2-party system. We will have Green groups from all over Los Angeles County so you can get to join the organization and mobilization of Greens in your community! (e.g. Eastside Greens, Central LA Greens, Westside Greens, Northeast LA Greens, San Fernando Valley Greens, Long Beach Greens, etc.).

This is OPEN to anyone interested in learning about & joining the Green Party here in Los Angeles!

Many of our local grassroots Green groups do a lot of work in the community already such as educating people on the issues of politics, war, healthcare, gentrification, deportation and also community service such as serving the homeless and community clean ups.

We will have voter registration forms on hand if you'd like to register to go Green (takes 2 minutes)!

We are an eco-socialist party. We believe that healthcare, education, and housing are human rights. We believe in criminal justice reform, a welcoming pathway to citizenship, and grassroots democracy in our political process. We believe in protecting our environment over profit and that we should transition to 100% clean renewable energy by 2030. Most importantly, we don't receive money from corporate interests.
